The girls are discussing the recent article that Isami was featured in when she stops by the room with some tea for the girls. They thankfully accept the barley tea but are shocked to learn she put salt in it. She claims to have only done it accidentally, having mistaken it for sugar but Yoko has her doubts. After she goes, they ask Shino about her strange behavior and she thinks about it for a bit to comment that she seems to be down lately and has been spacing out. Karen suggests that they go out for some fun and they speak with Isami. She decides to join them and Shino runs off to go change. Yoko asks Isami if she will need to dress up or anything and she mentions usually just wearing a hat - so for today a disguise may be fun.
Shino returns dressed in a cutesy Princess gown. Alice takes a picture of the moment and Shino reveals that she grabbed everyone some camera from Isami's collection for them all to take pictures. She offers a prize for whoever gets the best picture and reveals that she and Alice have been trying to save up for a trip back to England. It isn't all that much though so Alice convinces her to just forget about that idea.
The girls are joined by Isami, who has chosen to wear Shino's school uniform and a pair of glasses. She suggests that Shino change her flashy dress, but she refuses and the girls take off. Shino hands Isami a camera and they stop at an area in town known as Love Port. Yoko chases after Aya when she flusters her enough to make her run, so Alice, Shino, and Karen go into the big shopping mall together. Only for Karen to stop as she spots someone and runs up to them, revealing it to be Akari. Surprised to see her teacher out of a suit, and with her hair down, Karen is pretty excited and begins to take pictures of her; despite how flustered it Akari became. With that she reunites with the other girls and they head onto another floor.
Alice is shocked to watch as Shino tries on a blonde wig and takes pictures of herself. While at the Game Port, Karen asks to get some pictures with Isami in a nearby booth. They set something up and start to take pictures, although Isami is a little hesitant since she isn't in a good mood. After the pictures finish the girls are surprised to see their exaggerated features, but Isami feels better as Karen attempts to flatter her in hopes of avoiding her getting upset. Later the girls observe Shino and Isami as they observe a tree nearby, then head out to check out the glasses store, then over to the pet store before taking a break.
The girls try to figure out what else they can do to help Isami feel better, since nothing has worked so far. Aya suggests checking out clothes - but Karen is sure she wouldn't have much fun doing that since her work revolves around them. Shino gets an idea and the girls head into a touring area that has a bunch of pampthlets. They don't really understand what her intentions are until she explains that they can have some fun just by pretending they are at the location the pampthlet is about. She decides to bring a bunch with her, so that they can last for a while but as she tries to walk, she stumbles. The girls panic as Isami quickly dives over and grabs Shino to steady her. She gently scolds her and makes her put the pampthlets back. The girls are happy to see that Isami has finally returned to normal, happy to know that Shino still needs her. With that she decides they should go off to have more fun, so the girls get icecream, play with toys, play a crane machine, ride a large toy train, observe various things and take many pictures.
Late in the day the girls return home and begin to go over all the pictures they took. Shino announces that the winner from their picture contest is Isami - as she was able to get a sneaky shot with them in mid-blink. She laughs while observing a pile of pictures, causing Shino to blush before she thanks the girls for the fun day she had. They are very happy to see that Isami is back to normal and Alice takes one final picture.
The next day in class, Shino shows the girls that Isami is on a magazine cover. They go through it to check out various outfits she was put into when Karen spots Sakura and uses this to show her the pictures of Akari she got.
In the hallway, Sakura begins to chat with Akari. After she tells her what she saw, she hunts down Karen and demands the film for the pictures. But to her shock she learns that Karen owns a digital camera, so it doesn't have any film.
Later on, Alice is reading a japanese fairytale and recalls the story of the Straw Millionaire. This encourages Alice to see if she could become a billionaire using this same method; but Shino fears that Alice believes she is stuck with a low-class family. Alice assures her that she isn't though, and Shino offers to help Alice by making her first trade. Alice doesn't think she could handle that though, because she treasures everything Shino gives to her. She even promises to split her ultimate treasure with Shino, only to explain to Isami of their plans after she happens to walk by and see them. She offers to make a trade with Alice, but only if she sees something she likes.
First Alice begins with some small, hand-sized dolls. Isami accepts and hands her a picture before hinting to Alice that she should go and see Aya next. So Alice proceeds to do that when she goes into school afterwards, explaining to her friend how she got the idea. Aya agrees to a trade and offers one-thousand yen to Alice to trade for the picture. Alice tells her that money doesn't count though, so she offers a book about baby animals instead. After curiously pondering why Aya is so attached to this picture, she goes to offer a trade with Akari, using the Baby Animal book. She believes this is too friendly, but she is unable to refuse since she loves how cute the animals look. She doesn't really have anything to trade, but as Alice tells her that it can be anything, they are joined by Sakura, who has chosen to don a rabbit hood.
She actually brought it for Alice and put it on her. She has a pair of spiral eyed glasses and compliments her cuteness. Akari seems to agree and Alice hesitantly accepts the offer before she sadly walks into class. Where Yoko happens to spot her and right away is taken by what she has on. She compliments it's practical use before Alice offers to give it to her. Yoko is very happy and looks for something to trade it with as Alice explains the story. Yoko has found a bottle of water and Alice takes it, commenting that things are getting harder now since the items seem to be grading lower with each trade.
Outside, Karen is hanging out with Honoka enjoying their snacks. As they spot Alice, Karen starts to choke and Alice offers her the water she has. After Karen is able to breath again, she comments on what Alice has been doing, having heard rumors from the other girls. As they chat, Honoka observes the girls and their blonde hair before Alice realizes she hasn't actually spoke to Honoka before. They exchange names before Karen agrees to make a trade. She reaches into her pocket and pulls out a box with a ring in it, much to the shock of Alice. Karen claims it isn't really all that valuable, only being for 10,000 yen. But Alice is still alarmed to know this and scolds Karen for being so clueless when it comes to the concept of value when it comes to these things. She refuses to take it, but she has no choice since Karen has nothing else to trade it for.
After school ends the girls head home. They discuss the rabbit eared hood, though Alice is still pretty shocked over the trade. They say goodbye to Karen and continue until they have to say bye to Aya and Yoko. Shino asks Alice how her time went and she takes out the ring to show Shino. She is also quite shocked by this, and Alice mentions how she got it. It is very expensive, but it only brings emptiness and guilt. She required it with no effort and while the girls panic, Isami happens to come in and asks to trade. Alice is pretty sure she doesn't have anything worth the value of the ring until she offers to just trade Shino; which she accepts in seconds. With that, Isami heads into the hall and admires the ring.
After the credits, Shino asks Alice to stay out of the room while she does something. She tells her not to peak, and Alice stays back. But Isami is curious and slams open the door to find Shino with the sewing machine and Shino reveals that she is making clothing for Alice.
The girls admire Isami in Shino's outfit and have her put on a short wig to match her hairstyle. They compliment how she looks like Shino observes from around the corner and fears that she is unevolved due to Karen's comment.
